A: Yes, we stand behind our quality. Every canopy comes with a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. (Please note: Warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather, accidents, or misuse).

A: Yes! You don’t need to buy a whole new tent if only one part is damaged. Contact our support team to identify the part you need.

Q: Are your canopies waterproof and fire-retardant?
A: Our canopy tops are made of premium fabric that is 99% waterproof & UV-50 resistant. But It could no protect from fire.
Q: Aluminum vs. Steel frame: Which one should I choose?
A: Aluminum: Best for frequent use. It is lightweight, rust-proof, and easier to transport.
Steel: Best for budget-conscious users or semi-permanent setups where weight isn't an issue. Our steel frames are powder-coated to resist corrosion.
Q: Can I set up the canopy by myself?
A: While our "Pop-up" design is engineered for a quick and easy setup, we recommend different levels of assistance based on the product size to ensure safety and prevent frame damage:
- Standard Pop-ups (10x10, 10x20): We recommend at least two people for the initial unfolding to ensure the frame expands evenly.
- Extra-Large Structures (10x30 Party Canopies & Hardtop Gazebos): Due to their significant size and weight, we strongly advise a team of 4-6 people for assembly.

Q: How do I secure my canopy in windy conditions?
A: Safety is our top priority. Please follow these guidelines to protect your COBIZI shelter and ensure safety:
- Standard Pop-up Canopies: These are temporary shelters and should not be used in high winds or extreme weather. For light breezes, always use the included stakes and ropes on grass. For hard surfaces, we highly recommend our weight bags or sandplates (available in our Accessories section). Never leave a pop-up canopy unattended.
- Hardtop Gazebos: Our hardtop models are engineered for durability and come with specific wind resistance ratings. However, in the event of extreme weather such as typhoons, hurricanes, or tornadoes, we strongly recommend dismantling the structure or removing roof panels to prevent irreparable damage.
Important: Regardless of the model, we advise taking down your canopy or gazebo if severe weather warnings are issued to avoid property damage or injury.
